Bible Verses from 1 to 10 {free printable for children!} - Wildflower Ramblings

I am so happy to bring you my free printable for Bible Verses from 1 to 10.  We value memorizing the Scriptures in our home, and hope they will stay with our children all the days of their lives!  These verses emphasize the numbers one through ten, which I think is unique — this helps children to see another aspect of the Bible.  The Bible is a historical document and people used numbers to describe people, places, and things.  This fact may seem small or insignificant, but this learning about the Bible, and valuing its history, will help children to begin using the Bible’s influence in their thoughts and deeds.

I’ve previously created the following free printable cards that you also may be interested in: Bible Verses from A to Z and 10 Best Bible Verses for Children and 15 Bible Songs for Children.

{This post contains affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.}

Singing the Bible

These cards are based on the first 10 songs in the album, Songs for Saplings: 123.  Children can sing these songs as they memorize!!  We listen to this album during car rides, and my son was excited to count the little characters on our posters.  The music is beautiful, acoustic, and pleasant.  The lead singer {and songwriter!} is a mother and musician — her music is acoustic and includes her own children’s voices.  It is truly lovely.

{1plus1plus1equals1 made ABC Bible Verses Posters for the Songs for Saplings: ABC album which we used all throughout Tot School.}

Knowing the Word

You can print these Bible Verses from 1 to 10 as posters, or 2 per page, or even 4 per page.  We printed ours 2 per page, but I may also print them 4 per page, so I can keep them together with a binder ring.  I laminate with my trusty laminator (using these cheaper, but same quality laminating sheets).

When printing free printables, make sure to first “save as” the pdf file to your computer.  Then, open from your computer and print.  This should prevent any browser errors during printing!  I hope these bless you and your little ones!!

Happy Monday friends! I'm so excited to share a copy of this lovely book with one of you.
Art is not something I’m familiar with. Growing up, I thrived in theater and music, but never art. Unfortunately, I always felt like “I wasn’t good” or “that’s not my thing.” I’m sad about this! Since homeschooling my children, I’ve come to realize that I’m indeed a wonderful artist!! I can draw plants and bumblebees and even an octopus! I just need a bit of time, good materials, and a good teacher.
