our favorite posts from 2014

Wildflower Ramblings has become a huge blessing in my and my family’s life.  Thank you for taking the time to read and subscribe and join our conversation.  Here, we love to learn and dig and read and create.  2014 has been a year of healing and contentment.  It has not been without huge heartache and struggles, but we strive on in Grace.  This has been the year I heard the words Reggio Emilia and felt home.  The year of beginning to make herbal remedies.  The year of the essential oils.  The year I now have over 50+ free printables for you and your family to enjoy.

Breaking my arm…. a year later

I hope this brings you to some posts you haven’t seen yet…. and I sincerely hope you stick around.  I truly didn’t intend for this blogging thing to become a part-time job, but it just fell into place.  I feel at home sharing my thoughts and my homeschooling and my utter failures and joys through pictures, and sometimes lengthy and run-on sentence, words.  There is much more to come in this new year!!

Happy 2015, and blessings to you and yours.

I’m thrilled that I have inspired you, Judith, just try one activity a week, then a day, don’t overwhelm yourself and you can do it <3 All the best, Amy

Happy Monday friends! I'm so excited to share a copy of this lovely book with one of you.
Art is not something I’m familiar with. Growing up, I thrived in theater and music, but never art. Unfortunately, I always felt like “I wasn’t good” or “that’s not my thing.” I’m sad about this! Since homeschooling my children, I’ve come to realize that I’m indeed a wonderful artist!! I can draw plants and bumblebees and even an octopus! I just need a bit of time, good materials, and a good teacher.
