There are so many amazing and FREE resources at so many wonderful mama blogs — I am so grateful for all of the free printables and ideas that these bloggers dish out daily!  I wanted to direct you all to some resources that I have been using lately — sets of cards that I laminated and attached together with a simple binder ring.  I love having one of the various Bible learning and character cards available to me in my purse, diaper bag, or in the car.  And all of these cards can be used for different purposes, so I like to have them in different places around the house, too.

These Christian Nursery Rhymes from This Reading Mama are so well-written and unique.  I love nursery rhymes for their ability to shape young minds into structured and rhythmic patterns, and these move that one step further — teaching children about Jesus!  I love these and my son is beginning to love them too!

Learning Catechism questions and answers was an important part of my childhood.  Songs for Saplings created beautiful  music to go along with Catechism truths.  There are Questions with Answers: Volumes 1 through 5.  Carisa at 1+1+1=1 has made printable flashcards for Questions with Answers: Volume 1.  I love that you can laminate these with the question on the front and answer on the back.  Perfect for quizzing about the Catechism!

Praying for our children.  Is there anything more important or more valuable that we could do for our little ones?  It’s hard to find the time, though, right?!  And find the thoughts and Bible verses.  Where is the time!?  Well, thank you to Darlene of Time Warp Wife for providing prayers and coinciding, beautiful verses in her Prayer Cards.  I can now simply throw these in my purse and say a little prayer for my precious ones while at Target or waiting in a traffic jam.

Janine at True Aim Education made a Bible Class for Babies which I just love!  It is so simple and easy to share the Gospel with our little ones!  Sometimes being online can be overwhelming, and we think we have to “do it all” in order to do it right.  Wrong!  Just sing some little songs, pray a prayer, and shout like an elephant — this is all your child really needs to know God, and you!, love them!

I set my card sets in a little cardboard box I bought from Michael’s and can grab them as I need them!  It took a little time to print, laminate, cut, and punch, but I am so happy to have these resources!  I hope you enjoy using them too.  And thank you, all of you ladies, for providing such amazing Bible learning and character building cards!

And lastly, (#7!), here is another wonderful resource for busy moms — 25 Encouraging Bible Verses for Busy Moms from Rachel at Thriving Home!  For a small cost, you can print and laminate these beautiful Bible verse cards to keep in your purse on a key ring or in the kitchen or in the car.  I made some for both of my sisters, and they love them.  I feel so blessed
