**While I am no longer an Active Distributor for Young Living Essential Oils, we do still use them daily in our home.  I hope you can find a local distributor in your community who can help you with your own essential oils journey.

It has been over two months of using our therapeutic grade essential oils and every month, I want to share how we are using them and loving them.  I use essential oils every day.  And so does my family.

For my kids

We all put Thieves on our feet and tummies every morning to support overall wellness during cold season!

My son has a Kids Calm Down blend {of Vetiver, Cedarwood, and Lavender}.

My morning routine

  • Breathe Again between my eyebrows for breathing better and sinus issues.
  • JuvaFlex on my liver and gall bladder to help support liver and gall bladder function.
  • DiGize on my stomach because if I eat dairy or anything processed it hurts, so though I like to avoid those things, this really helps to calm it.
  • I put Panaway on my broken arm.
  • I put Frankincense on my twisted ankle.

I use other things too throughout each day, particularly Joy or Release, depending on my mood.  I am so blessed by these oils.  I also use Peace & Calming every night before bed.

Essential Rewards

This month, we bought the following oils….

Breathe Again Roll-On : Coconut oil, Eucalyptus staigeriana oil, Eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, Laurus nobilis oil, rose hip fruit oil, peppermint oil, Eucalyptus radiata leaf oil, Copaiba oil, Myrtle oil, Blue Cypress oil, and Eucalyptus Blue oil

I love the smell of this and it helps me breathe easy and supports my overall respiratory function.

Peace & Calming : Tangerine, orange, ylang ylang, patchouli and blue tansy

We bought a larger bottle of Peace & Calming.  This oil blend was included in the Starter Set {which includes 11 oils and a diffuser}, and it was the first one I have had to “refill,” so we got the larger size of 15ml.  Very worth it.  We all love it so much.  My son loves this diffused in his room, and put on his chest before bed.

JuvaFlex : Sesame seed oil, fennel, geranium, rosemary, Roman chamomile, blue tansy, and helichrysum

This oils supports liver and digestive health, as well as cell health.

DiGize : Tarragon, ginger, peppermint, juniper, fennel, lemongrass, anise, and patchouli

This oil blend helps with bloating and any upset stomach that I may have. If I have a stomach issue, I will put one drop in my water.
